1st. Zalliot follows me to the washroom, wanting to stand on the little red stool to reach for the tap. While moving up, the stool slides and Zalliot fell. He landed on his forehead. Huge blue black. Cried extremely loud that morning. My fault for not ensuring. 

2nd. I forgot to bring Zalliot's porridge container out during the dinner. He ended up having fried rice and bun. The container was left on the shoes rack while I'm putting on his shoes.

3rd. While I was parking, I did not pay attention to my left side while reversing, I knock onto the pillar. Damage was pretty bad. (Picture speaks a thousand words)
