Inhuman Act

This is a true story and it's very heart-wrenching. I'm not sure if all hospitals practice this rule or it's just that stupid hospital. Anyway, i've decided to share this story so that more people will know how cold-blooded some hospital can be.

One of my supplier told me about it. And it happened to her sister-in-law. And it just happened this week.

The lady was 23 weeks pregnant when her water bag broke. She was admitted to the hospital immediately. Antibiotics and drip was given. This is to prevent infection and hopefully.. they can keep the baby inside for as long as possible. Everybody knows that if the baby was to come to the world now, it is dangerous. Instead of consoling the patient, the nurses and doctors who drop by to check on her will stress this point to her... "If you are to give birth before the baby reaches 24 weeks, we will not save the baby". Bloody hell.. the poor lady is already panicky and feeling worried about her situation and the people in the hospital have to put further stress on her??

That's not all. Sadly, she only managed to keep the baby for another few more days. Which means, when the baby popped, he is only about 23.5weeks old. You know what the sickening nurse did??? She cleaned the baby and just place it on his mother's hand and said..."hold him for the last time". BLOODY HELL!! the baby is still breathing!! why cant they save the poor boy? If he is a stillborn, i got nothing to say!!! But the boy is still breathing when he was born!!! And i was told, before that, the parents had requested for a scan on his internal organs and everything is fine!!! Why cant the hospital staff grant him a chance to live!?!?!

The father then took over the baby and held him in his hands... the baby boy left the world 30mins later.

This is very sad. My tears welled-up when she was telling me the story. Aren't doctors suppose to save everyone, irregardless how small the chance can be? How can they give up just like that? I really don't understand the logic... now, i'm going to find out, is that being practice in every hospital here.. damn.

My personal view. IT'S THEIR FUCKING PROFESSION AND RESPONSIBILITY TO SAVE LIVES NO MATTER HOW HARD IT IS!!! WHY DO WE NEED THESE BASTARDS FOR DOING SUCH AN ACT!!! THESE DOCTORS AND NURSES SHOULD BE PROSECUTED!!!
