During the past few weeks, i attended several courses that was organized by my workplace. Some of these courses are related to my job, some is for raising awareness. During the Coaching and Facilitation Course, i was told and came to realize this : "In order to learn well, we must start from within ourselves. The rest will fall in place." To start from within means getting the mindsets correct. The rest refers to learning, revising, practicing, self-reflecting, journal and improving. To learn, revise and practice is simple. Stay focus and pay attention. Self-reflecting is tough. I can always recall, reflect and forget at the end of the day. So journal comes in. I'm not born to write. I'm lousy with words. My wife feels that my grammar is bad. To solve this, i'll try blogging. It's almost the same. That's how i feels.
